How can i apply a premade overlay layout in my friendster?
- You first need to copy the html code and paste it to your notepad
- After pasting the html codes in your notepad there are parts of the code that you should edit
- Just edit the part where you can see <!———-EDIT HERE———->
- After editing the html codes you now need to go to http://www.markyctrigger.com/
- and choose OG++
- copy the html code that you edited and paste it in the first box
- Paste the generated code in notepad again and save it as a JavaScript file
- How to save a JavaScript file?
- Click save then after the file name add .js [ (dot)js ]
- Example : The file name is nick add .js = nick.js then click save
- Upload the external javascript file in your host
- I recommended hosts for .js extension are
- www.geocities.com
- www.ripway.com
- www.stormpages.com
- Insert the link of your external javascript file below and press the generate button.
- (e.g. http://www.geocities.com/markyctrigger/mysource.js)
- Open friendster’s “Customize“, press the revert button below. then copy and paste the generated code in the media area then save it.
If the layout dose not appears refresh your profile until the layouts appears some layouts take time to load.
